Welder
To successfully perform the requirements of this position, it is preferred that the employee have one year of related experience, possess a mechanical background, be experienced in welding processes (primarily MIG), possess good organizational skills, and be able to work independently. A weld test is required as part of the interview process. If you don't have a ton of experience welding, we also have an apprenticeship program and will pay you as we train you for production welding.

Position Description
Welds metal components together, MIG welding .
Job Responsibilities
Operate MIG Welder
Weld metal parts together.
Positions and clamps together components of fabricated metal products using various weld fixtures.
Evaluates and inspects finished parts for quality and accuracy. Makes fixture changes when necessary.
Performs related tasks such as drilling, and grinding.
Repairs broken or cracked parts, fills holes, and increases size of metal parts.
Completes all work to required print specifications and quality standards.
Maintains work area according to 5S standards and completes all required paperwork correctly.
Job Skills Requirements
Basic reading, writing and math skills. Working knowledge of blueprint reading preferred.
Fluent in English and primary language used in area of responsibility.
